1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Linklii ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Creator Accounts

To earn commissions, you must apply for a Creator account and be approved by our team. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any Creator account at our sole discretion. Approval is based on content quality, audience engagement, and alignment with our brand values.

4. Affiliate Links & Commissions

Creators earn commissions on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates vary by trust level and are subject to change with notice. Commissions are only payable on approved conversions. Fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, click manipulation, or misleading promotions, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

5. Payouts

Creators may request payouts once their approved balance reaches the minimum threshold ($50 USD). Payouts are processed via wire transfer. Tax information must be submitted before the first payout. The Platform reserves the right to withhold payments pending investigation of suspicious activity.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using misleading or deceptive promotional methods
• Generating artificial clicks, impressions, or conversions
• Promoting products in a manner that violates applicable laws
• Impersonating other creators or brands
• Scraping or unauthorized use of Platform data
• Violating any third-party affiliate network terms (including Impact.com)

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by the Platform. Creators retain ownership of their original content but grant the Platform a license to display it on creator public pages.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions paid to you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting support. Upon termination, pending approved commissions will be paid according to the standard payout schedule.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
